Question: What is the standard format you accept?

Answer: We accept standard gerber format file.

Question: What is the application area of your products?

Answer: Our products are widely used in many areas, such as consumer electronics( ANC earphone, tws earphone, blue-tooh module etc), automobile, industrial control, power supply products, communication products, LED Lights, printers, mobile phone, medical equipments etc.

Question: Do you accept sample orders?

Answer: YES, we do accept sample orders.

Question: Do you have MOQ requirements?

Answer: Because PCB is customized products, so we do have MOQ requirements. But the MOQ rquirement is not strict and it differs from case to case.

Question: What is the difference between your two factories?

Answer: The HuiZhou factory mainly produce sample and small batch pcbs. The JiangXi factory has more roboticized equipments, so it prefers big batch production.

Question: What is your shipping term?

Answer: EX WORK, FCA SHENZHEN, FOB SHENZHEN ,FOB HONGKONG, or FCA Customer's City, it depends on customers demand. But we prefer EX WORK and FCA SHENZHEN.

Question: Can you guarantee the security of our files?

Answer: Of course we can, if you need, we'd like to sign NDA with customers.

Question: How can you guarantee the quality of your products?

Answer: About electricty function, we will 100% test it through flying tester or fixture test. About the surface, we have IPQC and FQC and FQA to make sure the products with flaw do not flow to customer's side. We also do microsection and thermal shock to make sure the reliability of our products.

Witgain Technology Ltd was established in 2007 in ShenZhen City. After over 10 years development, the company now posses two factories. One factory located in HuiZhou City which is near to ShenZhen. The other one locates in JiangXi Province. Marketing dept still locates in ShenZhen City.

We have about 300 employees in two factories and the monthly output is around 30000m2. Our marketing orientation is to make high difficult and special treatment pcb. Even though, we still accept normal 2-layer and multi-layer pcb orders. Our products cover simple double layer pcb, multi-layer pcb, HDI pcb, rigid-flex pcb, fpc, ceramic pcb, heavy gold/copper pcb etc. Wide product ranges and flexible order quantities allow us to satisfy most customer's demands.
