Question: What is the difficulty in producing thin pcb?

Answer: Rigid pcb material is usually FR4. FR4 material is very fragile. If the board is very thin, it will be easily broken during copper plating process. In solder mask process, we have to paste mask twice.

Question: Is super thin pcb cost much higher than normal pcb?

Answer: Yes it is. Because there are too many difficulties during production.
